RETURNS For EXCHANGES
StyleMood Boutique prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fuļ¬lling our customerās orders accurately. If you are not completely satisļ¬ed with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original, unworn and unaltered condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with Exchange/Boutique Credit.
No Worries Return Policy
* We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
* All returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any makeup or deodorant marks, with all tags in place and with the original invoice.
* All shipping charges are non-refundable.
* All jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, intimates and sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
* Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements stated will be returned to the customer and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
* We are not responsible for any returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.
In the rare case of a shipping error please contact customer service within 48 hours of * receiving the incorrect merchandise. A refund in the value of the merchandise plus shipping costs will be given to the customer.
EXCHANGE
Once our warehouse has received the return, an email notiļ¬cation will be sent to the customer. We will issue an Online Credit which can be used towards purchase.
