RETURNS For EXCHANGES
StyleMood Boutique prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fufilling our customer’s orders accurately. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original, unworn and unaltered condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with Exchange/Boutique Credit.

No Worries Return Policy

* We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
* All returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any makeup or deodorant marks, with all tags in place and with the original invoice.
* All shipping charges are non-refundable.
* All jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, intimates and sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
* Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements stated will be returned to the customer and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
* We are not responsible for any returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.
In the rare case of a shipping error please contact customer service within 48 hours of * receiving the incorrect merchandise. A refund in the value of the merchandise plus shipping costs will be given to the customer.

EXCHANGE
Once our warehouse has received the return, an email notification will be sent to the customer. We will issue an Online Credit which can be used towards purchase.
